The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration has stated that "Good maintenance reduces lawsuits against highway agencies.  Keeping track of the damage to guardrails, making repairs quickly, and recording the repairs made will help limit lawsuits.  The claims made will more likely be fair if good maintenance is done."

Martin-Robbins offers county maintenance on a site by site basis.  Each site can be estimated as per the repair needed, saving the county on labor, inventory material, and equipment costs.
